We’re excited to reveal the exclusive label art by StudioCutePet available only at Anime Expo this year in Lounge 21. This awesome piece features Tentacle Grape mascot Murasaki and Anime Expo mascot Max presenting a lovely cake for Anime Expo’s 21st birthday while a playful tentacle holds some juicy grapes above them.

This art will be on the label of FREE bottles of Tentacle Grape this year at Anime Expo in Lounge 21, and on limited edition T-Shirts at the Cosplay Deviants booth in the exhibitor hall. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

Anime Expo is turning twenty-one and with this milestone we’re celebrating by offering a lounge where our “of age” attendees can relax and enjoy an adult beverage away from the craziness of all the anime, cosplay, and overall otaku excitement. The first five hundred patrons who buy a drink in the lounge Friday, Saturday or Sunday will “get graped” with a free bottle of Tentacle Grape soda. Custom drinks featuring the purple-y goodness will be on the menu. (You must, obviously, be 21 or over to enter and be able to produce a photo I.D. to get in.)

TENTACLE GRAPE ANNOUNCES PROMOTION TO RAISE FUNDS FOR TSUNAMI RELIEF IN JAPAN.

Tentacle Grape Soda plans to donate 10% of all sales over the next two months to the Red Cross to support their recovery efforts in Japan.
Between now and May 18, 2011, Tentacle Grape Soda will donate 10% from every bottle sold to the Red Cross with a focus on the funds going to help with the relief effort in Japan.

Last week, an 8.8 Earthquake struck Japan triggering a Tsunami. The devastation has been Japan’s “most difficult crisis since World War II” according to Japan’s Prime Minister Naoto Kan. The Tentacle Grape brand is based of off popular culture born in Japan’s entertainment industry and, with our link to that country and community, we feel bound to help out… and offer our fans and supporters the chance to do the same.
